Hells/Bells has been touring as a band for more than ten years. They were originally formed in 1991 as an original/cover band called Dissonance by drummer Chris McDermott. Specializing in 80's and 90's metal, they performed songs by Alice in Chains, Queensryche, Metallica, Skid Row, Megadeth, Journey, and many more. In addition, Dissonance also wrote original music which followed heavily in their roots of heavy metal and classic rock.

In 1995, Chris, Scott, and Evan moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida hoping to get a little change of scenery. They got it. In 1996, Evan answered an ad in local rag looking for two guitarists and a drummer. They auditioned, and joined Hells/Bells- a tribute to AC/DC.

In 1998, in need of a new vocalist, they decided to call Wade back into the band. In a few weeks, they were touring again as the original lineup.

Early in 2002 Hells/Bell's signed on their newest addition to the band, Mitch stewart. Mitch is a excellent bassist and a true asset to the band.
